UPDATE 6 July 2022:
Parking
- On-site Parking – There are usually 2,000 parking spaces available at the stadium, which can be pre-booked on an event-by-event basis, but these will not be available during the Commonwealth Games.
- On-street Parking – You are not allowed to park your car within 2 km of the venue due to a strict residents’ parking scheme.
- Off-site Parking – A small number of off-site car parks are available nearby, including a couple of public car parks on Longford Road, located a 1.0 km (12 min) walk from the Arena. These car parks are small, however, so it is worth arriving early if you intend to use them.
- Disabled Parking – There are limited dedicated parking spaces, with further information on how to pre-book these expected to be announced closer to the Games.
